We have just spent a week with the Pyes on the occasion of celebrating my husband Ed's 60th birthday. They had come out to SA and so we were mostly in the beautiful Eastern Cape.We spoke of you and prayed for you. I love the CEV translation of a verse from Ps 125 which I may have sent before."as the mountains are round about a valley so will God always hold us and protect us Love from Jessica

Hi! I'm the one on rustway with the sunflowers. I wanted to let you know that I have a nefew at Corbin his name is Jordan Lindsey. If Wil would like We can see if jordan would let him stay at the dorm and shadow him at a few classes. I think Jordan is the head of student council or something like that.

Hi, Karen and Dave and Wil: We want you to know the people at Salem are praying for you. The latest news is discouraging, humanly speaking. I am so glad we don't have to look at life and death and illness humanly. Precious people, we love you. And we won't stop praying. "Father, if possible, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not my will but yours be done." Karen, I remember years ago when you sat in my living room in Fargo and told me your deep desire to be married. And we prayed about it. Lo and behold, within a year, you met and married Dave! And then the blessing of two boys. God was and still is good--with us in our joy and in our pain. Just want you to know we love you and are lifting you up. Ann Dahl

Dear Lampinens, As we begin the month of November I was checking for your latest news before sending my psalm verse for the month. How distressed I am to read of the CT scan.and moreso to realise thatr you have been battling this cancer since 2005. May you know God's leading in your next and most immediate decisions and as you do so may you know Peace in your walls and in your palace (Ps 122, CEV)Lots of love from Jessica (McCarter)
